The PfPI (Personality for Professionals Inventory) is a Big-5 personality questionnaire developed according to scientific principles. The PfPI is also the most recently (2013) published Big-5 personality questionnaire available. In the Benelux, the PfPI is the only Big-5 personality questionnaire developed specifically for use within the work context. Thus, the items are work-related, the norm groups consist of the working population (spread across all educational levels and ages) and the report describes the candidate in terms of concrete expected behavior in the workplace.

With the PfPI it is possible to concretely name strengths, weaknesses and points to develop and, for example, to include these in a development plan. The PfPI is available in several languages including French and Dutch and includes Flemish, Dutch and French norm groups. There are also specific Selection norm groups, which correct for socially desirable completion.
