A report per group or team in which the exact given answers of each participant are clearly displayed with bright colors

Based on all collected scores, the team is profiled based on task and social reflection.
The composition of the propositions is based on sociotechnics. Socio-technology is a business management movement aimed at improving the functioning of people and organizations. This is achieved by adapting or redesigning work processes, organization of technology or services and human work tasks.
Quality of Work: the involvement of employees as a result of a meaningful task content with influence on the organization of the work (control capacity), consultation possibilities and learning and development possibilities and creativity.
Quality of Working Relationship: the way internal parties work with each other (emphasis on cooperation rather than conflict, effective cooperation), mutual trust and result-oriented with openness and mutual respect.
Quality of Organization: the ability of the organization to meet market requirements in a productive manner (e.g., in the areas of efficiency, flexibility, innovation, customer satisfaction, productivity and process control).
The above components are elaborated in 8 sub-themes consisting of a total of 70 statements.
All answers from all participants are finally processed into a total overview in which the team is profiled on task and social reflection. This leads to a profiling of the team in one of the following categories: Dysfunctional, Cool/Effective, Sociable or Functional.
