Sustainable employability focuses on young and old. It is important for organizations that all employees remain employable. Well-deployed employees are better able to anticipate changes in their range of duties, changes in their careers and developments within the organization. This questionnaire provides direct insight into the state of affairs regarding sustainable employability. Based on the results, it is possible to carry out interventions at both individual and group level by means of training, coaching or education in order to increase the sustainable employability of employees.
