Purpose:
To provide the ability for organizations to design their own questionnaires and send them to applicants and employees using our standard questionnaires and question database.

Ranging from 5 to 30 minutes
Format:
The format is self-determined using our questionnaire tool. Open, closed, multiple choice, 5 - 10 point scale questions are possible.
Feedback:
A clear, simple, concrete and easy to interpret report. The ideal starting point for selection, development and performance improvement.
Extra:
The Pulse Survey is also used for (custom) satisfaction surveys. These results can be displayed graphically via Analytics as well as downloaded in Excel.
In the hrmforce portal it is possible for organizations to compose their own questionnaires. From hrmforce approximately 40 questionnaires have been added for inspiration. Think of topics such as Mental resilience, Employee satisfaction, Fear of failure, Confrontation triangle, Teamscan, Interest questionnaire etc. The database with sample questions consists of more than 1000 items.
In addition to the standard questionnaires and items, the user can add new questions and include them in a questionnaire. These questionnaires can be fully customized. Think of questions per page, email texts, reporting texts, factor names. It is also possible to add a weighting to the raw scores so that the scores are shown in a normal distribution in the report.
The report can be generated both individually and on a group level. Especially the group report is designed to present the results in a graphical way. It can also be used (for example in the context of employee satisfaction) to chart the change between the various measurements.
