Explanation

The development matrix combines talent with current behavior. The scores on talent can be based on a 3 questionnaire. The Big Fifty Personality, Motivation and intelligence (Ability Analysis or one of the other 6 variations). The scores on behavior can be based on the feedback questionnaires such as 360 Feedback, Appraisal (90 degree feedback) or the Competency Check (0 degree feedback).

Combining the scores of talent (horizontal axis in table) and behavior (vertical axis in table) lead to a subdivision into four quadrants:

Talent low & Behavior low: potential weakness, prefer not to do this
Talent low & Behavior high: alternate this with other behavior
Talent High & Behavior Low: easy to develop, do something with the development tips
Talent high & Behavior high: possible strength, take advantage of this
Based on the development tips it is possible to start with a digital development plan in hrmforce.
